Official biography:

John de Nugent (b. Providence, Rhode Island July 14, 1954) is a white nationalist, or as he writes, white "nationist" -- an activist, leader, writer, radio personality and speaker.



Descended via both parents from Thomas Angell, one of the co-founders in 1636 of the colony of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations (now called "State of Rhode Island"), de Nugent grew up in his ancestral Providence, Rhode Island area. His distant ancestors were from Normandy, France.

In the wake of his parents' divorce when he was 15 in 1970, which gave custody to his mother Constance, he was induced to join the religious group "Jehovah's Witnesses," and from 1970-76 was a member, serving even at their world headquarters in Brooklyn Heights, New York.

Thoroughly disillusioned -- especially after the sect's broken promise of the "end of the world" in 1975 -- de Nugent broke away in 1976.

He was married to Gerda Atzl of Brandenburg, Austria from 1975-1990, having two daughters. (A second marriage, 2002-2005, to a French citizen was annulled in 2006.)

In 1976, de Nugent volunteered to join the United States Marine Corps Reserve, and after basic training at Parris Island, South Carolina he served in a Marine Reserve unit, the 35th Interrogator-Translator Team, led by the Jewish captain Harvey Philip Gold. He received three meritorious promotions within approximately one year, but after his white nationist politics became known, he claims he was nearly murdered by Dutch Marines, and was transfered in 1979 to an all-black supply unit.

He then requested an inter-service transfer to an infantry unit of the Virginia Army National Guard, where he was named "Guardsperson of the Year" for 1980 by his commanding officer, Captain John Holt. He left the Active Reserves in 1981.

In this same year de Nugent also graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., with a 3.702 average, earning the designation magna cum laude ("with high honors"). He was also admitted to the national honor society known as Phi Beta Kappa. He had majored in German and minored in French.

"White nationism"

John de Nugent's career in white nationism began in 1978. He was assigned as part of his major in German at Georgetown to read some passages from Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf dealing with Hitler's views of the Jewish question. Perceiving parallels to the situation in the United States of the 1970s, de Nugent visited the Arlington, Va. headquarters of the National Socialist White People's Party, founded in 1967 by former US Navy commander George Lincoln Rockwell (another quasi-Rhode Islander) but headed after Rockwell's 1967 assassination by Matt Koehl, a former Marine who now directs the Wisconsin-based "The New Order."

After some activism with the NSWPP, de Nugent met Dr. William L. Pierce in 1981, a former physicist and chairman of the National Alliance. He wrote several articles on recruiting new members for the National Alliance, spoke at the 1983 NA convention in Chicago, moderated the 1984 NA convention, and built a rapidly growing "Washington-Baltimore Unit" of the NA. He left the NA on good terms in 1984, viewing it as lacking a true religious base and an adequate number of women members.

In 1985 de Nugent worked with former West Point graduate and lawyer Gary Gallo of Maryland to raise funds for the legal defense of Bernard Goetz, the white New York subway crime victim who shot several young blacks.

In 1986 he worked with Hans Schmidt, a former member of the Waffen-SS division "Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler," on a project for German heritage in Washington.

From 1987-1992 de Nugent was an independent contractor who promoted the use of revocable trusts by those who wished to leave a bequest to Liberty Lobby, a Capitol Hill-based "populist" organization founded and run by Willis Carto.

Around July 1989 de Nugent moved to Metairie, Louisiana to study the electoral victory of pro-white State Representative David Duke, staying in Louisiana until the late spring of 1990.

In June-August 1990, de Nugent, using the campaign name "Jack Nugent," ran in the Republican primary for Congress in the Sixth District of Tennessee, south and east of Nashville, on a pro-white platform. He achieved 26.7 percent of the vote, albeit de Nugent suspects that massive elecronic vote fraud denied him an outright victory on primary day, August 10, 1990. He received extensive local publicity and references to his race were made by Time and the op-ed page of the New York Times.

From 1992-2004 de Nugent wrote occasional articles on pro-white or anti-Zionist topics for various publications, including the magazine The Barnes Review. Three of the most noteworthy were on 1) Adolf Hitler's "Madagascar Plan" to resettle European Jewry on that huge French colonial island; 2) Kennewick Man; and 3) "The Great Patents Heist," the Allied seizure of thousands of vital German patents after 1945.

On April 20, 2005 de Nugent returned from the south of France to Washington, D.C. to become a major writer for The Barnes Review, and for a while was its associate editor. He also translated many articles from German and French, including his work on the translation of the memoirs of General Leon Degrelle of the Waffen-SS.



In the summer of 2006 he spoke in Barcelona, Spain, in the Spanish language, on the topic of psychopaths in politics and among the Jewish population. His audience was white nationist publisher Pedro Varela and his followers.

In March 2007 de Nugent spoke, in German and in Germany, to gatherings of the prominent German activists Gunter Deckert and Manfred Roeder, and met with Vincent Reynouard, the French revisionist living in Belgian political exile, and conferred with David Duke, who had become a prominent pro-white writer. In April 2007, he spoke in East Lansing, Michigan to a gathering organized by young activist Evan Thomas.

In 2007 he began posting on a discussion "thread" called "Apocalypse of the Psychopaths" on an originally libertarian forum called "LibertyForum.org." The thread grew by May 2008 to 54,000 views. In early 2008 he began posting also actively on several other pro-white fora such as ThePhora.net, Stormfront.org and eNationalist Forum.

In October 2007 de Nugent was a major speaker at the anti-Zionist conference "No More Wars for Israel" in Irvine, California, and helped secure new venues after several hotels refused to host it.

In February 2008 de Nugent moved to greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, an area he considered ideal for pursuing further pro-white activities. There he began preparing a possible re-entry into political life. He was joined there by other white activists, and through his writings and videos online began to become known worldwide in the pro-white community.

My topic on this thread is psychopaths. I was molested by them for years as a child. It made me very angry and messed up, until I got help at 49.

Since then, I have dedicated my life to tracking down psychopaths of all sorts, and I found out that they are also fouhnd in the higher levels of politcs, the media, big business -- and some of them are Jews. And some of them post on forums, spewing hate, racism, genocide and lies.

I agree with Martha Stout, PhD, a 25-year researcher at Harvard Medical School. She wrote the 2005 bestseller The Sociopath Next Door. Four percent of Americans are born -- or suffer brain damage that makes them -- literally -- psychopaths. Perhaps three times that number are influenced by their anti-values, and very many are harmed by their hateful words and deeds.

Below are brain scans taken by Adrian Raine, PhD, graduate of Oxford and now a tenured professor at the very respected University of Southern California.

They show, first, a normal person's brain (mostly in red) and then the brain scan (mostly in blue) of one member of that tiny minority of psychopaths who ruin it for the rest of us, until we stop them.

A normal person does not derive enjoyment from hurting the feelings or dignity of another, or inflicting physical trauma or torture.

Here is the PET scan of a brain mostly in red, feeling a whole range of normal emotions (compassion, shock, horror, grief, revulsion). The subject is viewing a true photo of a terrible car wreck -- with fire, blood, brains, a deceased mother and the lives of children snuffed out.



Below, in mostly blue, the psychopath's brain on the PET scan is poor in empathy. However, we do see here some red areas that are "lit up." These are brain areas that experience excitement, amusement and pleasure – a rich and gloating psychopathic enjoyment of the agony and ruin of the innocent.



Martha Stout of Harvard University and U.C. Berkeley, and the late, great Hervey Cleckley of Oxford University, England, and Adrian Raine, also of Oxford, have written in great detail that [b]many psychopaths go into politics, CEO positions and into the mass media.

Dr. Robert Hare of Canada has done tremendous work in defining the problem of psychopaths who infest high leadership positions throughout society -- those whom he calls “Snakes in Suits.”

They are by no means “mentally ill,” and they are not “suffering.” They are often happy and successful, living a calculating, sadistic lifestyle as parasites. They are , in effect, a mutant life form, resembling physically a human being, but not psychologically. They feel no compassion for you as they cause your suffering; they cannot feel anything but intense joy at your misery.

Even the Bush White House voted for a UN commission to investigate this atrocity.

I know Joe Sobran, and I've also read Mark Anderson's totally convincing and interesting book. There is no question in my mind but that Edward de Vere was Shakespeare -- the Shakespeare at least of the GREAT plays (and perhaps a bisexual, alas, like so many British aristocrats raised by men and around only boys at private schools).

Lefties like to think that that lumberyard man and illegal grain hoarder Billy Shaxper could have written it. Educationally impossible. Shaxper knew nothing of the inside of the court world, as little as you and I know David Rockefeller's private parties.

The very first time I saw a portrait of that swarthy, quasi-Jewish-looking, unethical, scoundrel Shakespeare, I know something did not fit. THIS is not the face of a great man, but of a lowlife.


My view of the Jewish threat leads me to at least ASK if it is not reasonable to wish to know more about the antecedents of this fraud who, like so many Jews, worked in the theater world. It is known that despite the expulsion of the Jews from England by Edward II, many did stay, claiming to have converted to Christianity.

I could not even read "Shakespeare" until I learned that is was De Vere. I sensed a lie.

Just for trivia, I have a Virginia friend who is a big fan of the famous seer Edgar Cayce of Virginia Beach. For what it is worth, he said that a suppressed book by Edgar Cayce has the seer saying that Jews were, quote, "reincarnated criminals."

You could make quite a case for seizing all their properties under the federal law called the RICOH act, offering proof that this ethnic gang is one vast criminal enterprise, a conspiracy that has killed hundreds of millions of us over the centuries through war, abortion, drugs -- and denied life to millions more by VD (i.e., white babies never born because their parents became sterile from sexual promiscuity). I have talked with more than one man or woman who suffered this fate of involuntary childlessness -- thanks to the Playboy philosophy of the degenerate and crypto-Jew, Hugh Hefner.

Another part of the death toll from Jews is via slick Jew PR promoting the causes of lung cancer and condoning the use of lead in gasoline. Edward Bernays, the nephew of the swindler Sigmund Freud, helped founded the Tobacco Institute to lie to Americans in the 1920s and -'30s that cigarettes were not lethal but instead good for them.


Recognize this gigantic corporation that peddles death with ultra-slick PR (and bribes the Republican Party so its toxic product will not be banned)? Its old name was -- Phillip-Morris, client of Edward Bernays.

MINI-ICE AGE COMING. GLOBAL WARMING ENDS

Two things stunned me a few weeks ago, on April 30th, and I am still digesting them now. We had two hours of snow falling here in western Pennsylvania outside my home office window, and the same day I received by email a series of very ominous scientific articles about a coming mini-ice age. Since then we have had two solid weeks of cold rain here, very little springtime, and I get similar reports from Boston and elsewhere -- of rain, wind and low temperatures.

Yesterday the network news showed farmers predicting a terrible corn crop this year due to no sun and constant cold rain out in Iowa. Going back to January, American GIs and Iraqis alike were stunned to see snow falling in downtown Baghdad. Then Athens, Greece -- on February 19 -- and after that Johannesburg in South Africa saw the white stuff tumbling down into usually sun-baked cities. Embarrass, Minnesota saw the mercury plunge to minus 40, an the Upper Peninsula of Michigan had the greatest snowfalls in its recorded history. Parts of northern China were smothered in snow.


From 1400-1800, Europe was much colder than now, and especially so in the 1600s. Massachusetts Bay, Narragansett Bay (in Rhode Island), Long Island Sound, the Hudson and East Rivers in NY State and the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland all froze regularly solid. Of course, our hardy white pioneer forefathers (and resolute foremothers) still learned how to adapt and thrive. (By contrast, the North American Indian population was stagnating for millennia. It is estimated that there were only three million Indians in all of what is now the USA and Canada in 1600, where now over 360 million reside in a white-founded culture.)



There may have been some “global warming” and we have indeed seen glaciers melt and other signs, but something else, and much bigger seems afoot, the exact opposite: constant rain and a sharp global cooling. If these scientists I am reading are correct, then whatever puny effects we humans may have had on the climate with our cars and coal power plants are over. The sun itself has turned down the Big Thermostat, that is, the sun spots that show the sun running on “hot” have virtually vanished, and the recent global warming will be totally overwhelmed by the opposite – global chilling.

Phil Chapman, a geophysicist and astronautical engineer (now living in San Francisco) who was the first Australian to become a NASA astronaut, wrote on April 23, 2008:

“THE scariest photo I have seen on the Internet is www.spaceweather. com, where you will find a real-time image of the sun from the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory, located in deep space at the equilibrium point between solar and terrestrial gravity.

“What is scary about the picture is that there is only one tiny sunspot.

“Disconcerting as it may be to true believers in global warming, the average temperature on Earth has remained steady or slowly declined during the past decade, despite the continued increase in the atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide, and now the global temperature is falling precipitously.

“All four agencies that track Earth's temperature (the Hadley Climate Research Unit in Britain, the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York, the Christy group at the University of Alabama, and Remote Sensing Systems Inc in California) report that it cooled by about 0.7C in 2007 [almost one whole degree Fahrenheit in just one year—Ed.]. This is the fastest temperature change in the instrumental record and it puts us back where we were in 1930. If the temperature does not soon recover, we will have to conclude that global warming is over.

The temperature plunged last year by almost one full degree Fahrenheit. The Big Thermostat on the sun was turned down, and sun spots virtually vanished.

“Kenneth Tapping of our own National Research Council, who oversees a giant radio telescope focused on the sun, is convinced we are in for a long period of severely cold weather if sunspot activity does not pick up soon.”

The result could be dire food shortages from a much shorter and often sunless growing season, skyrocketing heating bills five long months a year -- and even the danger of another full-blown Ice Age. (Yes indeed, “ice age” as in something covering Europe , Canada and the northern U.S. with a mile of ice. We northern hemispherians are actually due for another ice age at any time after 11,000 relatively warm years. While Americans are falling behind in learning the sciences, the fact remains that ice ages are the norm in the upper northern hemisphere, not warmth. Balmy periods such as we have known – tellingly called by climate scientists “interglaciations” -- are the exception. What we call Canada, Scandinavia and the British Isles are usually buried under a mile-thick pile of ice like Greenland.



Says one popular-science website: "During the most recent Ice Age, which began 1.5 million years ago, and may not have actually ended, the glaciers extended three times their size, to cover nearly a third of the land area of the Earth's land surface, as you can see from this diagram. One thing to note from the diagram, too, is the sea level consideration. During the Ice Ages, since so much of the planet's water is locked up in these ice sheets, sea level is lower than it is today. Thus, that nice beachfront property you have on Long Island today was far inland 18,000 years ago."



The Great Famine of 1315-1317 in northern Europe was just such a time of cold and rain, when nothing sprouted or grew or ripened. Starving villagers ate the seed corn and slaughtered the milk cows. Some starving parents even abandoned their children in the forest – which is the opening scenario of Grimm's fairy tale “Hansel and Gretel.”

King Edward II and his whole royal court, visiting a town, themselves went absolutely hungry along with all the inhabitants. Millions of northern Europeans finally died from years of crop failures, and a population that had grown rapidly – such as in today's bulging world -- shrank quickly. A Poem on the Evil Times of Edward II, from around 1321, told the story:

“When God saw that the world was so over-proud,
He sent a dearth on earth, and made it full hard.
A bushel of wheat was at four shillings or more,
Of which men might have had a quarter before....
And then they turned pale who had laughed so loud,
And they became all docile who before were so proud.
A man's heart might bleed for to hear the cry
Of poor men who called out, "Alas! For hunger I die ...!"

One Afrikaner called me after hearing of my reading, and said all this reminded her of the prophesies of Nicolas “Siener” Van Rensburg (1862-1926), an Afrikaner visionary 100 years ago who fought in the Anglo-Boer War. Even a neutral encyclopedia reports: “His seemingly accurate predictions of future events were typically wrapped in religious patriotism.” (How terrible!) Some of them actually aided Boer military forces, which made the man instantly famous.

Van Rensburg foretold, among other things, that black power, shockingly, would some day come over white-founded and white-ruled South Africa. But when in that sunny country “snow was on the ground” (quoth Van Rensburg) -- whites would rise up – and they are now outraged by crime and AIDS epidemics, electric power outages and chaotic corruption -- and then storm back to full power over the country they had once made orderly, rich and great, and restore it to white rule.

That was just a vision, but the fact is this: snow is indeed falling heavier and heavier worldwide, the mercury is dropping sharply, and the sun is vanishing during the critical planting and growing seasons. Will this climate change also continue into harvest season 2008?

Obviously, if anyone studies the winter, it is the Russians. In March, Oleg Sorokhtin, a fellow of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, shrugged off man-made climate change as "a drop in the bucket." Demonstrating scientifically that solar activity has entered an inactive phase, Prof. Sorokhtin then advised journalists:“Tell people to stock up on fur coats."


This smart man is already wearing his fur cap, and taking over the world -- which needs his oil.

I've always thought that there are more things -- traits, qualities, abilities, talents, etc. -- involved in the broader meaning of what we term "intelligence" than are measured by IQ tests.

Either these things aren't measured well by IQ tests or they aren't really measured at all. Perhaps the most important of these is imagination.

Edison famously stated that "invention is one-tenth inspiration and nine-tenths perspiration." Perhaps that was because to him, as a genius, inspiration came so easy that he took it for granted. But without that inspiration no amount of perspiration is going to create the attributes that separate a great civilization from a hunter-gatherer society.

Imagination is the fount of inspiration, and of all creativity in science, music, literature, art, invention, political philosophy, etc.

I believe imagination varies greatly between both individuals and races in both degree and kind, quantity and quality. And if there is a positive correlation between IQ scores and imagination I don't think it is a very strong one. Some of the people with the highest IQ scores can be lacking in imagination, or they can have imagination is certain areas, but a complete lack of it in others, with different kinds of imagination as well as different degrees.

Other people with low IQ scores can have abundant imagination. Blacks seem to have a great quantity of imagination, most commonly seen in verbal skills and musical expression, but the quality of that imagination, and its product, seems to be restricted to a lower level of expression, with the quality perhaps being limited by the mental abilities measured by IQ scores.

East Asian imagination, on the other hand, almost seems to be an oxymoron, perhaps in part for the cultural reasons given by "ams" and in other part for genetic reasons. All of this would make magination a very complex subject in itself, as well as a very important one.

Important both for what it explains about the historical record of achievement and for what it means for the future. The physical creations of our civilization, from Gothic Cathedrals and skyscrapers to computer technology and spacecraft landing on Mars, are just the tip of the iceberg. The invisible part of the iceberg consists of the "Cathedrals of the mind" -- all the mental activity, the systems of thought, the manner of thinking, the degree and kind of imagination -- that makes the visible achievements possible.

When skies are blue, and they are for big parts of the day, the tower is likewise a deep and sublime azure, with lightning flashes of sunlight glinting off. Everything inside you soars when you see this Aryan achievement, and it is visible for miles as you approach the city along the valley of the mighty Allegheny River. The PPG Tower is a triumph of the white race, its imagination and its precision follow-through -- lasting achievement in the real world of facts.

I'm afraid based on my experience in Japan [this white writer lives there], I'd have to agree with Richard. Without trying to be
