Michael Flatley's Lord Of The Dance.

Michael Flatley the mega famous Irish dancer is the creative genius behind Lord Of The Dance. He not only devised, wrote and produced the shows, but was also responsible for the spectacular and stunning choreography which has had audiences on the edge of their seats ever since... all over the world.
He headlined this record-making show for over two years wowing everyone who saw him, everywhere he appeared, with his brilliance as a dancer. He made his final performance in the show on June 28th, 1998.
Since then, he has kept a very watchful eye on his brainchild and seen it grow into an outstandingly successful production with three international troupes making and breaking records all over the world. Today, Michael is as actively involved in the production as he ever was... probably

Yet the show would certainly not be as successful without Michael's own dedication to perfection and his tireless workload.
As creative director he permanently reviews each production, in collaboration with a team of experts, to ensure the very highest standards are maintained and built upon. Michael is the first to admit that no show can ever rest on the laurels of former glories and become complacent if it is ever to continue to be successful. For that reason he is constantly coming up with brilliant new ideas with which to spice up each production, to keep it fresh, exciting and original. Something very special for the audiences. Indeed, it was his spectacular and inventive staging at the Venetian Hotel that has made Lord Of the Dance the most talked about show in Las Vegas.
Michael is also is very proud of his dancers and musicians and he is regularly on hand to give help and advice to any member of the touring shows. He's been there and done it all, and is delighted to share and pass on the benefit of his vast knowledge and experience. It is something his troupes appreciate immensely.
His input in insatiable and he is always looking for new innovations, new techniques and approaches to make the shows bigger and better. He is also relentlessly on the look out for new and exciting talent to bring to Lord Of The Dance. For that reason he is setting up his own Dancing Academies in major cities throughout the world to discover the new Michael Flatley.

Those who link in through his site be readdy to be mesmerised with his poppular LORD OF THE DANCE music, one of my best loved themes! http://www.lordofthedance.com/

Wow! so i must say that you are fortunate to witness alive such a mega world's famous show! mank li kieku!!! he,he!

Yes indeed i came to know about Michael flately primarily by the beautiful Irish music composed by Ronald Hardiman, The Lord of the Dance one, truly shift you to a melodic giggly mood!

Breakout, Celtic fire & Grand finale are amongst the most charming, vivacious and are full of Irish animation.

Would love some day see him performing those famous taps lively.

if you would do it for Christmas , well what can I say....... be ready to shake well with Irish rythm!! :) :)
