Is it too late for that petition? The process already started.

Do the 25 member states have to vote for or against another country becoming part of the E.U ?

One member state can veto membership for any candidate country. Some countries, notably France, have promised to hold referenda on the issue.

see. 10q eudefence. the 'unsinkable aircraft carrier' can stop turkey joining so dont moan about the EU. it is our own gov! i would veto it and say it is because we dont have help on klandestini.

In the past, Maltese women wore the "Ghonnella". It was an extreme, just as today's ultra-mini-skirts are another extreme too !

Yesterday I was watching the BBC international news at 6 p.m. Guess what, Sinjor Frattini is giving Marocco 48 million Euros to help fight the illegal African immigrants from storming the Spanish enclave of Millela.
Malta only got 114,000 Liri? What a joke. And Marroco is not even a member of the EU.
