Do the 25 member states have to vote for or against another country becoming part of the E.U ?

One member state can veto membership for any candidate country. Some countries, notably France, have promised to hold referenda on the issue.

Yesterday I was watching the BBC international news at 6 p.m. Guess what, Sinjor Frattini is giving Marocco 48 million Euros to help fight the illegal African immigrants from storming the Spanish enclave of Millela.

Malta only got 114,000 Liri? What a joke. And Marroco is not even a member of the EU.

perhaps frattini forgot that malta joined the union like some securities in reggio callabria airport i encountered!!!
