Perhaps San Gwann local council should consider installing a camera in front of HSBC bank. Cars stop there for the ATM and to buy pastizzi causing traffic jams. It is also a dangerous junction.

True. Its havoc there especially from 8am to 10am. Its a crossroad of San Gwann's 2 main roads. ITs very difficult to cross the road there.

If you contact the Local Council I am sure that they would be thrilled to oblige !!

HSBC would surely object. It would kill their ATM. Not to mention tal-pastizzi.

But is that the local council's responsability? I mean installing speed cameras?

One by the HSBC in Fluer De Lyes infront of a take away shop

It seems if you wanna buy something to eat look both ways
