German Doctor Hails St.Luke's Hospital

Today i was in contact with a German Doctor who worked in Malta for a number of months at St. Lukes a few years ago. He had only great comments for this hospital and said he was deeply dismayed when he recently heard of the Mater Dei being built to replace it. He said St Luke's is a jewel in all its aspects and only requires heavy refurbishment. On the other hand he also said that the Government is wasting the people's money on Mater Dei and is obviously doing whatever it likes. As to our entry into the EU he said that the adoption of the Euro will be disastrous for Malta just like it has been for his country, Germany, and other European states that have a strong economy. He also commented about the problem of illegal immigrants and said again the EU is allowing for the destruction of its member states' culture and economies by vicariously backing the acceptance of such immigrants.

We can refurbish St.Lukes hospital and also we can use nearby building to enlarge it.
It will be a true jewel.
