Conservatives ? A conservative is a slowed down "progressive" . A progressive is the now and now, the conservative is the tomorrow of the now. The "progressives" mess up everything, the conservatives get in and keep the mess "tidy", in the next session more damage is done by the "progressives", and in the next round the conservatives do not "undo the clap trap of progressives policies and criteria", but they simply "conserve" it. Quali sono le sue analisi relative all’attuale contesto internazionale?
Una risposta all’attuale egemonia americana può venire, a mio parere, solo da un multiverso di grandi spazi. Ciò non comporta automaticamente la dissoluzione degli Stati. Anzi, non sono pochi gli esempi di grandi spazi coincidenti con uno Stato (India, Cina, Stati Uniti, Russia). Il problema, in realtà, è principalmente europeo. È l’Europa ad essere troppo frammentata, troppo debole politicamente, troppo subordinata agli interessi americani. È soprattutto l’Europa ad aver bisogno di dar vita ad un grande spazio basato su di una federazione di Stati, per poter davvero costituire un ‘centro’ politico sovrano. Non solo. C’è bisogno di un nuovo diritto internazionale, in grado di ricostituire il tessuto della legalità internazionale lacerato dal ‘diritto egemonico’ statunitense (che si traduce in uno stato d’eccezione globale) e capace, al contempo, di sfuggire alle insidie del diritto cosmopolitico. Sulla scia di Hedley Bull, ho ravvisato un’opzione credibile in questa direzione nella linea neo-groziana modellata sulla società internazionale degli Stati...
