Foundation „Continent Europa“

In awareness of wars and controversies of the European nations for centuries and in memory of the uncountable victims of fatal conflicts against each other, we Europeans now are called on to find a common voice in the global concert of nations. Globalization on cultural and economical sphere, the increasing dominance on of the USA on all fields, more than ever requires greater necessity to come to a joint action of the old European nations.

The aim of the foundation „Continent Europa“ is to develop and to work on a general European identity, and knowledge of same origin gives the condition to a new common identity.

Europe, this is a united idea of same values and basic attitudes. But Europe lives on the varicity of its people and cultures, on the abundance of its regional traditions. To maintain these, to demonstrate and to support them, has to be the gained result of modern European politics.

The foundation „Continent Europa“ will bring together scientists of the continent to join and to care for mutual history and future of our European homeland.

The Return of the Lost Russia

That the current and “one-way only” world order does not have the support of the world’s peoples, has been shown after the summit of the economically more powerful eight countries concluded in Heiligendamm. Men and women reject the homogenizing system of the globalisation and seek out for new solutions.

The Kontinent Europa Foundation perceives these liberation efforts that spread throughout the world, as signals of dissolution of these rigid structures. “In the middle of their differences, countries like Iran, Venezuela and other South American states are countries that seek to emancipate from the superpower USA thus finding its own way”, commented Patrik Brinkmann, founder of KE. According to Brinkmann, Europe would have now to manifest if it has the strength to return as a part of a new and original world order model worth it for the free peoples of the world. Brinkmann specifically noticed Vladimir Putin´s initiatives for the constitution of a new world order:

“Russia, with its initiatives towards a “regionalización” of the economy, assumes the political conduction of Europe. Kontinent Europa, witness with satisfaction the initiative to establish sovereign countries that recognize the position of each one of these peoples and regions, while respecting their idiosyncrasy. In doing this, Russia opens the doors of an original world order and delineates new times for the national policy in Europe.”

In addition, Brinkmann emphasized that this process, makes the founding pillars of the post-war period system after 1945 tremble: “Independently of talking about NATO, the European Union or the UN - all these institutions must now be put under revision”.

Brinkmann stated that Europe has to understand that Russia is an essential part of the Old Continent. In order to “wake up” this conscience, Kontinent Europa undertook an ambitious publishing project, to publish “The Return of Lost Russia”. “I am very happy that this very significant scientific work on the historical and contemporary importance of Russia, is at this moments, the first great project of Kontinent Europa”. KE plans to publish this work this coming Autumn, after this, translations in diverse European languages are in the process of been prepared.

Brinkmann summarize, “The idea of the new role and significance for Russia, of its return to Europe, must wake up again throughout the Europena Continent”. June 12th, 2007

In October there is planned an Anti-American Presence in Europe March to be held in Berlin.

I suspect Comrade Brinkman will be there.
